Meeting Minutes - September 23, 2008
In attendance: Sheryl Morgan, Mike Long, Laura Atkinson, [PC]
Called to order at 7:00 p.m.
Homeowners Concerns
- Trash bags being left on the ground at Astor and Prestwick were discussed .
- Children playing in dangerous ways in the neighborhood was discussed.
Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting
Unanimously approved.
Management Report
- Drainage projects are finished on Providence and the end of Finley. Everyone is really pleased with the work.
- Quintin and Finley lots to be painted October 14.
- Sewage backups on Prestwick were discussed and a unanimous motion passed to have [omitted online] investigate the sewer line and clean it out.
Old Business
- [omitted online] will come to the October 28 meeting to discuss blanket insurance policies.
- Audit will soon be performed.
New Business
- The November meeting will be held as originally planned on November 25. There had been some concern about having it so close to Thansgiving, but we could not get the church for another time that worked for everyone.
- A unanimous motion was passed to have [omitted online] do the major drainage project behind Durbin for [omitted online].
- This brings our reserve account balance down lower than we'd like so we will have to postpone any non-essential projects for the time being. We will focus only on those that are safety concerns.
- One of the things being postponed indefinitely is shrub removal.
- Unanimous motion to do stump removal on Wildberry.
- We will use our regular landscaper for any snow removal needs this winter.
