Meeting Minutes – May 25, 2010

In attendance: Sheryl Morgan, Steve Williams, Michael Long, Julia Caruth

Called to order at 7:03 p.m.

· Discussed insurance for blanket policy. We have 2 quotes presently

· Discussed bids for work needing to be done

o Georgetown sidewalk. Approved to fix 3-0 Mike made motion, Steve seconded

o Upper Georgetown drainage: Getting another bid

o 21 Durbin retaining wall: Getting engineer to look at

o Grove Park retaining wall. Should we add parking if possible? Not a priority yet.

o Fire damage to 12 Durbin wall. Still dealing with insurance company

Julia makes motion to ‘blow out’ sewer line on Finley. Steve seconds

Meeting dates set: June 22, July 27, Aug 24, Sept 28, Oct 26, Nov 23
