Meeting Minutes – September 28, 2010

In attendance: Sheryl Morgan, Steve Williams, Michael Long, Julia Caruth

Called to order at 7:03 p.m.

Discussed sending out a survey for input on insurance issues. Any other questions to be included will be sent via email between board members.

Paving: Steve made motion to repave Upper Georgetown after current drainage work is completed. Julia seconded. All were in favor

Discussed people parking in glass in Quintin Pl. Sheryl will get a couple signs.

Discussed lighting issues. We will bring up again. Sheryl to find out from Duke Power, our options.

Patching driveway in Prestwick: Mike made motion to repair Prestwick potholes. Julia seconded. All in favor

Discussed walk around for repair notices.

Discussed “social”. Maybe with neighborhood watch?
